The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts that this Saturday in Tenerife, there will be overcast skies in the northern areas below 600-800 metres, with clearer conditions expected from the morning onwards. In other regions, it will be mostly clear, with occasional cloud cover in the south during the early hours.
Temperatures will remain relatively stable, with minor decreases in interior areas, particularly at mid-altitudes. Specifically, they could reach up to 28 degrees Celsius.
Winds will be light to moderate from the north, intensifying in the afternoon in lower areas of the north-western extremity and, locally, on the southern front of the metropolitan area. In the mountains, winds will be light from the west, except in higher peaks where they will be strong from the south-west with likely very strong gusts.
General Forecast
Overall, cloudy skies are expected in the lower northern regions below 600-800 metres, with clearer patches developing during the central hours of the day. In other areas, it will be mostly clear, apart from intervals of low night clouds in coastal southern regions.
Minimum temperatures will show a slight increase in Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, while maximum temperatures are expected to decrease slightly in interior areas, with little change elsewhere. Moderate north winds will strengthen in exposed lower areas by the afternoon.
