Three men have been arrested by the National Police in connection with the assault on a British tourist in Tenerife, who died days later. According to police sources cited by Atlántico Hoy, the incident occurred last Wednesday in Los Cristianos, a district of Arona.
The attack took place on Calle Asomada del Morisco, near a holiday complex. Reports suggest the victim sustained a serious head injury after falling violently during a struggle with one of the attackers. He was with his wife at the time of the incident.
After the assault, the man was taken to hospital but sadly passed away a few days later, reportedly suffering a cardiac arrest related to his injuries. The investigation is still ongoing.
