AEDAS Homes has started delivering the first properties in Solum, a luxury development aimed at international buyers, located by the sea in Playa San Juan, Guía de Isora. The company states that this initiative responds to the increasing demand for high-quality new housing in Tenerife, particularly from foreign investors.
The residential scheme comprises 160 homes positioned right on the coast, targeting buyers looking for second residences and mixed-use accommodation. According to AEDAS, 85% of the properties have already been sold.
Situated approximately 35 metres from the ocean, Solum is being rolled out in two phases. The first phase, which includes 104 homes, has begun deliveries, while the second phase, featuring an additional 56 units, is expected to be completed before the end of 2026.
Having entered the Tenerife market in 2023, AEDAS Homes aims to meet the significant demand for new housing, predominantly from international buyers. Solum is a key element of their strategy to focus on high-end developments in some of the island’s most sought-after areas.
The properties offer two, three, and four-bedroom layouts, each with spacious terraces. The complex features a communal swimming pool, gym, spa, sauna, yoga room, and gardens. Nearly 100 homes also come with private pools on their terraces.
Antonio González, AEDAS Homes’ representative in the Canary Islands, remarked that this development is a landmark for the company on the island. “With the delivery of this iconic residential project, AEDAS Homes is setting a new standard for the housing market in Tenerife,” he stated.
Located along the seafront promenade of Playa San Juan and close to premium destinations like Abama Resort, Abama Golf, and Golf Costa Adeje, Solum occupies a prime area for high-income residential offerings in Tenerife. The completion of Solum marks AEDAS Homes’ second project on the island, following Carena in El Médano. The company is also marketing two additional developments: Serene in Rocabella and Carena Waves, also in El Médano.
