Two Motorcyclists Injured in Separate Accidents in Puerto de la Cruz

Two Motorcyclists Injured in Separate Accidents Within 24 Hours in Puerto de la Cruz

Two motorcyclists have sustained injuries in two traffic accidents reported within 24 hours in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. According to the Safety and Emergency Department of the Canary Islands Government, the latest incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, 14th June, at approximately 4:42 AM on Las Cabezas street.

### Critical Injury in Recent Accident
A man suffered critical injuries after falling from his motorcycle. The initial assessment by the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) indicated that he had sustained a severe head injury. Medical personnel at the scene assisted and stabilised him before transferring him via a medical ambulance to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands. A basic life support ambulance also responded to the incident.

### Earlier Collision
The first accident took place on Saturday, 13th June, at 4:37 PM on Avenida Loro Parque. In this instance, a collision occurred between a car and a motorcycle, resulting in the motorcyclist requiring medical attention. He presented various moderate injuries at the time of initial assistance and was assessed and treated by the SUC before being taken to the Hospiten Bellevue University Hospital in a basic life support ambulance.

In both cases, emergency services were activated by 112 following the alerts. The Local Police attended the scenes to manage traffic and prepare the necessary reports.
