Siam Night Kicks Off in Tenerife with Spectacular Launch Event
SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE – Over 4,000 people attended the launch of Siam Night at Siam Park on Saturday, June 27. This immersive experience transformed the world’s most famous water park into a dazzling night-time spectacle filled with light, sound, water, fire, and excitement.
From the outset, it was clear this was more than just a late-night opening. As the sun set, the park was enveloped in stunning scenery, with tropical vegetation, pathways, beaches, attractions, and the iconic Wave Palace creating an enchanting atmosphere designed to surprise every visitor, said the Loro Parque Group in a statement.
Lasers, projections, special effects, and music elevated the evening, positioning Costa Adeje as a hub for a new summer night experience. This year’s highlight was a narrative built around four themed areas inspired by characters from historical Siam tales: green (nature), blue (water), pink (sky), and gold (fire).
Attendees explored these four realms throughout the night, culminating in a spectacular finale featuring lasers, fire, surround sound, and water in a breathtaking display never seen before in the park.
Four Universes of Entertainment
The Wave Palace served as the “heart” of the show, harnessing its size, location, and visual impact to create a massive stage environment. Siam Beach, walkways, and main attractions contributed to a cohesive narrative that transformed the typical day visit into a unique nighttime adventure.
Iconic attractions like Tower of Power and Saifa took on a new life under the night lights, making each drop part of the overall spectacle. The blend of milder temperatures, a festive atmosphere, music, and smoother guest flow allowed visitors to enjoy the park with an exciting intensity tailored for both thrill-seekers and those looking for a more relaxed experience in a spectacular setting.
“There’s no place like this—a water park with a night ambiance, special effects, and music. Each edition requires ten months of meticulous preparation to achieve this extraordinary environment,” noted Christoph Kiessling, Vice President of Loro Parque. “Our goal is clear: we want people to come and feel the excellence of leisure.”
Live DJ sessions also enhanced the lively atmosphere, while chill-out zones, interactive games, and rest areas catered to a diverse audience—ranging from those seeking thrills to those wanting a leisurely night.
Nightlife Continues Until August
The public’s enthusiastic response confirms that Siam Night is poised to become a major summer attraction in Europe. In keeping with its commitment to the local community, Loro Parque continues to offer a 50% discount for Canary Island residents and shuttle services from various points on the island to ensure easy access for everyone.
Siam Park will remain open in the evenings throughout July and August, inviting locals and visitors to experience a refreshed, vibrant version of the park. Siam Night will run from Tuesday to Saturday, between 20:00 and 24:00.
Tickets are available at siampark.net, at the park’s ticket offices, and from authorized sales points.
