SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 8 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Agents from the Judicial Police Office of the Canarian Police have arrested a 45-year-old man in the Añaza neighbourhood of Santa Cruz. He was the subject of a detention and prison order issued by the Second Section of the Provincial Court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The arrest followed several months of investigation and surveillance conducted by the officers.
Evading Justice
According to information gathered during the operation, the detained individual had taken significant security measures to evade justice. He reportedly had the assistance of various friends and neighbours, who provided logistical support to make his location more difficult.
Disguising Movements
Among the strategies identified by investigators was the use of concealed transport in vehicle boot spaces to avoid identification, as reported by the Canarian Police.
Arrest Without Incident
The fugitive was located in public, wearing a hood and accompanied by a third party not involved in the police action. His arrest was carried out without incident.
Following the conclusion of police proceedings, the detainee was placed at the disposal of the competent judicial authority for subsequent incarceration.
