A spectacular accident between two vehicles has left long delays on the TF-1, heading south, this Saturday, January 1. As pointed out by the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security of the Government of the Canary Islands (CECOES 1-1-2), the collision between two vehicles and the subsequent overturning of one of them occurred at around 6:37 p.m.
Agents from the Civil Guard, Road Maintenance and the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) team have traveled to the site with a medicalized ambulance and a basic life support ambulance.
In the accident, one of the drivers was seriously injured, a 42-year-old man who, at the initial moment of assistance, had severe abdominal trauma, for which he was transferred by medical ambulance to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands.
