Metrotenerife has introduced its summer timetable for the tram service starting today. This seasonal adjustment aims to better serve user demand during the summer months.

From now on, Line 1 will run every six minutes during peak hours on weekdays, while Line 2 will operate every twelve minutes. The summer schedule will only apply Monday to Friday, with regular frequencies maintained on weekends and public holidays, ensuring continuous service throughout the night.

The first phase of the summer timetable will last from 29 June to 5 July. During this period, Line 1 will operate every six minutes from 7:00 until 15:00, before shifting to intervals of seven and fifteen minutes until midnight. Line 2 will run every twelve minutes during the same hours, then every fifteen minutes after.

From 6 July to 30 August, services will again adjust according to demand. On weekdays, Line 1 will have a frequency of seven minutes, while Line 2 will run every fourteen minutes. The tram service will revert to its winter schedule progressively from the first week of September.
