A motorcyclist sustained severe injuries on Sunday following a fall on Calle Las Cabezas in Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife), as reported by the Coordinating Centre for Emergency Services and Security (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
Incident Details
The incident occurred at approximately 04:42 hours, when the 1-1-2 operations room received an alert notifying them of the accident. In response, Cecoes immediately deployed the necessary emergency resources to the scene.
Medical Response
Upon arrival, paramedics from the Canary Emergency Service assessed and treated the injured individual, who had suffered a severe head injury. The motorcyclist was subsequently transported by ambulance to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands, where they were admitted in critical condition.
