An extensive brown patch created by algae has overrun a section of the freshly established bathing zone of Los Charcos situated on the Valleseco shore, in Santa Cruz of Tenerife.
The municipal authorities confirm that the algae outbreak is a consequence of the aftermath of the recent storm that hit the island last week.
