this was the first verbena in Tenerife after two years of pandemic

El Tablero, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, was the epicenter of the party and the “return to normality” this Saturday, thanks to the celebration of the first open-air festival on the island after two years of the pandemic. The music and dance without masks or restrictions to avoid the spread of COVID-19 left images for history, such as the videos shared by PaseandoxSantaCruz and in which you can appreciate the festive atmosphere and the crowd to the flag that was in the square of the capital neighborhood.

The party started at 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, as planned, and ended at 2:00 a.m., animated by the music of the Tropin and Acapulco orchestras. Ismael del Rosario, director of Canarias Music, highlighted during the presentation of the act that “for the bands, after being almost three years without working, this verbena means a new beginning of a lot of work, since the summer is coming full of activity, yes everything goes on like this” and added that “from having nothing in all this time, we now have a lot of activity, for which we want to thank you for remembering this entire music sector and the orchestras, in addition to the sound companies and lighting”.

In general, the festivity took place as normal, respecting the parking areas and the guidelines established by the Security Forces and Bodies.
