It will be at 12 noon in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and will be supported by Vox

SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Nov. 11 (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Popular Party (PP) of the Canary Islands has called this Sunday, at 12:00 p.m., a rally in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to defend the rule of law, protest against the amnesty and guarantee equality for Spaniards. , regardless of the autonomous community in which they live.

In Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the event will take place in the Parque de la Granja and will be attended by the president of the PP of the Canary Islands and vice president of the regional government, Manuel Domínguez. In Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the rally will be in the Plaza de España and will be headed by the general secretary of the PP in the islands, Poli Suárez.

Representatives of the party from the other islands, sympathizers and members have also announced that they will travel to Tenerife and Gran Canaria to participate in the 12N mobilization, called in all Spanish capitals and which will be supported by Vox, who has also confirmed that it is joining all the demonstrations that are called against the amnesty and, therefore, will also attend those called by the Popular Party.

The PP is mobilizing in all provincial capitals to denounce “the drift” to which the acting President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, is leading Spain with his pacts and agreements with his independence and communist partners.

The president of the PP of the Canary Islands has pointed out that with the agreement reached by PSOE and Junts to support the investiture of Pedro Sánchez as president of Spain, he has witnessed “one of the worst days in the most recent history of the country.”

“I don’t think there were many who had doubts that this moment could come because given the predisposition of the Government and Pedro Sánchez to give in to everything that was demanded of him, it was clear that he was going to give in and perhaps one of the worst days of the recent history of Spain,” pointed out the Canary Islands vice president.

In any case, Domínguez has indicated that in response to this pact, the PP has asked citizens to take to the streets this Sunday in order to claim their rights, although he has asked that it be done “always” with respect and respect. peacefully, since it has once again reiterated its “total condemnation of any” act of vandalism.

Likewise, he has stated that “it is not possible” for the Catalans to have a debt of 15,000 million forgiven, while for the Canary Islands a calculation is made to forgive 220, which represents an “unfair proportion” and “there is no parity” in relation to what happens in Catalonia.
