In the midst of the problems due to the overcrowding of people inside the buses on various lines and at various times of the day, Rosa Davila has confirmed that free public transport is being extended in Tenerife.

The free voucher will have new characteristics, since the requirement is reduced for those users interested in acquiring it. It goes from 15 mandatory trips per month to be free to only 10.

In addition, the staff of drivers is expanded Titsa“reinforcing the lines that are most saturated and that on many occasions are full“said Dávila. Free admission will be extended starting October 1.

Talking about Tenerife tramthe president also confirmed the incorporation of a new tram, which will serve as a reinforcement for line 1, the most used by users of this means of transport.

Saturation problems

Since the beginning of September, many people have complained on social networks about the saturation of people within certain lines. All this during rush hour, causing many people to be unable to travel.
