Room Rental Prices in Santa Cruz Consume a Significant Portion of Average Salaries

The housing crisis is increasingly becoming prevalent. If renting an apartment or a home is already quite challenging, the cost of renting a room has also escalated in Spain. In the Canary Islands, the average price for renting a room in the two provincial capitals surpasses 350 euros: 366 euros in the instance of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and 402 euros in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
