SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 28 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 19-year-old pregnant woman required assistance from the Badajoz ravine in Güímar (Tenerife), experiencing health issues, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Centre of 112 in the Canary Islands.
The incident took place at midday on Sunday in the specified location, where members of the Tenerife Firefighters Consortium were dispatched to provide initial care to the individual before lifting her onto a stretcher for transfer to the helicopter of the Emergency and Rescue Group (GES), which subsequently transported her to the helipad at the port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Upon arrival, personnel from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) assessed that the young woman was experiencing moderate health difficulties without serious complications, leading to her being conveyed by medical ambulance from the SUC to Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria University Hospital.
