SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 4th June (EUROPA PRESS) –

The National Geographic Institute (IGN) detected an earthquake with a magnitude of 2.2 on Tuesday, at approximately 2:30 p.m., located to the southwest of Tazacorte. The tremor was shallow and was felt by residents in the Las Manchas region.

Furthermore, three other earthquakes were recorded early in the morning in El Paso, with magnitudes ranging from 0.8 to 1.3. These tremors also occurred in areas affected by the ‘Tajogaite’ volcanic eruption.
