Reports from 1-1-2 Canarias indicate that a 30-year-old man suffered moderate injuries on Monday after falling from a second storey in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, under what seems to be accidental circumstances.
The incident took place at approximately 2:00 p.m. on Hero Street, in the La Salud neighbourhood. Upon receiving an alert, the Emergency and Security Coordinating Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands was informed that the individual had fallen to the public road.
Medical staff from the Canary Islands Emergency Service assessed him with injuries to the head, ribs, and lower extremities, all of moderate severity.
Following immobilisation, the man was transported by ambulance to La Candelaria Hospital for further treatment.
The Local Police conducted the necessary investigations, with support from the National Police and other emergency services.
