A motorist was injured at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Saturday when his vehicle collided with a wall on Los Alfareros street, located in the municipality of La Guancha (Tenerife).
According to the Coordinating Centre for Emergencies and Security (Cecoes) 1-1-2, members of the Fire Consortium secured the accident vehicle and liberated its occupant from within the cabin.
The man sustained a moderate chest injury, for which he received assistance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) and was conveyed by an ambulance to the Hospital del Norte.
Meanwhile, agents from the Civil Guard were responsible for conducting the necessary report.
