The municipal government of Adeje declared part of the municipality’s land of primary public interest with the priority objective of building social housing. Although the final decision goes through the ratification of Tenerife Council and of Government of the Canary Islandsthe plenary agreement is a path that enables the development of 16 urban projects and the continuation of the work on the Cuna del Alma tourist complex (work paralyzed in December 2022), by partially affecting the land of El Puertito.

Cradle of the Soul, which promotes Segunda Casa Adeje SL, covers 437,000 square meters of the El Puertito de Adeje Partial Plan, with 146,091 square meters of buildable area and 4,428 beds.
