The mayor of La Laguna, Luis Yeray Gutiérrez, was present at the inauguration of this event “which not only helps promote adoptions and collaborations of citizens with these associations that work in the municipality, but also promotes awareness and citizen reflection about of the responsibilities that a person assumes when they welcome a dog or cat into their home.
