Candelaria opened the doors of the long-awaited municipal nativity scene, located in the Plaza del Centro Cultural. The mayor expressed her pride in this unique representation, stating that it is the most visited nativity scene on the Island and that it can be seen 24 hours a day.
Brito thanked the municipal workers for carrying out this initiative, highlighting the dedication and direction of Alfredo Arencibia during construction. This year, the representation comes to life with the inclusion of emblematic figures: the retired local police of Candelaria, Sixto Castro Guanche, who died this Saturday. Nicolás Díaz, Gregorio González, David Díaz, Antonio Miguel Rodríguez, Constantino Guanche and Antonio Romero Lozano, now deceased.
