LOS REALEJOS (TENERIFE), 28 May. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The president of the PP of the Canary Islands and candidate of the popular for the presidency of the Government of the Canary Islands, Manuel Domínguez, has acknowledged this Sunday that he has “his body in tension” before a day that he considers “special” and after which he hopes to be able to govern the archipelago .
This is how the PP leader expressed himself at the time he went to cast his vote, in the municipality of Los Realejos, on the island of Tenerife.
“We got up early to exercise the right to vote, an important day, a special day, a day in which I personally assume a new challenge in politics, to be president of the Government of the Canary Islands and my goal is for the Canaries to place their trust today in me, place your trust in the Popular Party and I hope that is the case,” he asserted.
Thus, he made an “appeal to all” citizens to come to vote and “so that from tonight we can define what the future of our land will be.” “For me personally it is a very special day, a day in which, even if you don’t think about it, as soon as you wake up the body is already tense because it knows that something is going to happen, that there will be a change,” he said.
