He President of the Popular Party of the Canary Islands and candidate for the Presidency of the Autonomous Government in the elections in the Canary Islands 2023, Manuel Dominguez, has stated this Monday that politics in irregular immigration matter must have in the Canary Islands the central axis of their actions. “We are the southern border of Europe, as well as a place of arrival and transit for thousands and thousands of people,” he said.
