SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 22nd Feb (EUROPA PRESS) –
Visitación Martínez Martínez, the president of the Regional Assembly of Murcia, along with the first secretary, María del Carmen Ruiz Jódar, and the second secretary of the Board, Virginia Lopo Morales, paid a visit to the Parliament of the Canary Islands on Thursday. They were warmly welcomed by the president of the Chamber, Astrid Pérez.
A signature was left by Visitación Martínez in the book of honor, emphasizing her “firm belief that today marks the beginning of a close collaboration between both institutions, for the benefit of all fortunate enough to reside in our territories.”
“It’s always gratifying to share insights and experiences with other legislative bodies of our country’s communities, and we are optimistic that, following this meeting, we will be able to foster future collaborations on matters that connect and concern us in both Murcia and the Canary Islands,” stated the president of the Parliament of the Canary Islands, Astrid Pérez, acknowledged a communication from the regional Chamber.
