SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, May 4. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Court Number 1 of Güímar has summoned the mayor of Fasnia, Luis González (PSOE), to testify this Friday, starting at 10:00 a.m., following a complaint filed by the Canary Islands Coalition (CC), the only opposition force, for alleged irregular hiring through more than 50 decrees.
The judicial order, to which Europa Press has had access, states that the secretary of the consistory has already testified as a witness and that the complainant group argues that the contracts issued by the mayor, who took office in March last year, have Negative report from the secretary.
From CC, through the mouth of its spokesman, Pedro Tejera, they believe that the contracts were not publicized and the regulations were not followed, nor if the Intervention objections have been complied with.
