Agents of the Civil Guard belonging to the Nature Protection Service (SEPRONA) have initiated proceedings in relation to different services in which they are investigating three people aged 69, 40 and 39, residents of the municipalities of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Arona and Buenavista del Norte, all of them alleged perpetrators of a crime against land use planning and urban planning
Thanks to citizen collaboration and the various investigations carried out by SEPRONA agents, two illegal constructions have been located, for being carried out on protected, rustic and landscape protection land in the municipality of La Orotava, for which after the appropriate verifications Proceedings have been initiated investigating two people.
In a third service, the agents located another illegal construction, carrying out a work to expand a house, located in the municipality of Hermigua, on land classified as rustic and categorized as a rural settlement, which is why a third person has also been investigated. for the same offense cited above.
The proceedings carried out in the different services have been made available to the competent judicial authority in each criminal act.
