SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Jan. 18 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 26-year-old girl has been injured when she was run over by a motorcycle on Avenida de los Menceyes, in the municipality of La Laguna, in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The event occurred shortly before 2:00 p.m., when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert informing them that a woman had been run over by a motorcycle, the driver of which was also injured.
SUC health personnel provided initial assistance to both affected and transferred the young woman to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands after presenting a moderate head injury and the motorist to the University Hospital Ntra. Sra. de Candelaria after suffering mild polycontusions.
