The president of the Platform for People Affected by the Coastal Law, José Luis Langa González, recalled that there is a modification from 2013 that contemplates a series of exceptions that should be analyzed from a legal point of view, but that up to now have not been addressed by the State in order to disaffected certain coastal enclaves.
