Los Realejos proceeded this Friday, November 25, to the symbolic lighting of their Christmas lights in an act held in the Plaza de San Agustín. A video mapping, a projection on a building, in this case, on the façade of the Sanctuary of Nuestra Señora del Carmen, and a performance by the Los Realejos Dance School set the scene for the event, which also featured music and fireworks. The show had a double pass at 6:30 p.m. and at 8:00 p.m.
The mayor, Adolfo González, addressed those present to report on the festive program organized by the Department of Fiestas, directed by Isabel Socorro, and which has 185 activities from this very Friday until the magical day of January 5, 2023 with the arrival of Their Majesties the Magi from the East.
708 lighting sets, more than 2,000 meters of garlands and more than a dozen large-format ornamental elements with Christmas motifs are distributed throughout the municipality, in whose placement the staff of the municipal services company of Los Realejos, Realserv, has participated. .
