The Provincial Court of Tenerife has sentenced a young man as the author of a misdemeanor injuryafter to have pushed his father’s partner because it bothered him that I took a photo of him with his mobile phone.

The facts took place on December 27 of last year when, around seven in the evening and in the parking lot of the Santa Cruz Yacht ClubThe now convicted man approached the woman to reproach her for taking a photo of him with her mobile. At that moment she told him “Why are you recording me, drunk?”.
Immediately afterwards, he left the place and shortly after he returned, approached the complainant and pushed her, causing her to fall backwards, which caused a wound on her elbow that took a day to heal.
The accused He indicated that he simply “touched her” and that later it was she who lost her balance due to the drunken state in which she was.
The security cameras They captured the arrival of the condemned man with a backpack that he recognized as his and that, as he passed the woman, he gave her a push “of such intensity and aggressiveness” that it causes her to fall to the ground without offering to help her.
The young man He indicated that the only thing that happened was that he did not like that he was being recorded, that he went to the nearby gas station but returned to report what had happened to the Club’s staff.
