The forced stabilization of the interim officials of the different public administrations, in the case of Santa Cruz, has been clouded, according to the unions, by the attitude of the government team, which they accuse of acting in “bad faith” in the open negotiations to set the conditions under which they will leave the interim period behind.
Yesterday, after a workers’ assembly, attended by more than 180 of the 359 employees affected by this process, they announced mobilizations, since “local leaders leave the jobs of 359 public employees up in the air”, asking ” the substitution of the technical teams of Human Resources that have boycotted the negotiation”.
They describe as “surprising” the change in position that “seems to be endorsed by the current government team (CC and PP) and goes in the opposite direction to similar processes that are being approved in other administrations.” According to the unions, the technicians have blown up the negotiation, a position that, they denounce, supports the Consistory, since, tomorrow, it will present a motion in plenary defending the position of the technicians.
