The Prosecutor’s Office of Santa Cruz de Tenerife request a sentence of eight years in prison for a man, of Italian nationality, for distributing images of child pornography via email and social networks from Adeje.
The qualification letter, collected by Europa Press, states that the investigation was initiated by the Group of the Central Technological Investigation Brigade of the General Police Directorate based on a report prepared by a non-governmental organization of USA which detected the storage of 76 pedophile files in the defendant’s email address.
After obtaining authorization from an investigating court of Santa Cruz of Tenerife The agents carried out a search at his home, located in Adeje, and a mobile phone and a laptop were intervened.
Thus, after analyzing the equipment it was possible to verify that the accused had been downloaded through different social networks and ‘links’ located in virtual storage spaces as well as different foreign web pages a total of 1,796 files and 124 videos that contained images and videos of minors naked showing their genitalsmasturbating, giving fellatio to adults and having anal or vaginal sex with older people and minors.
Likewise, it was found that through instant messaging applications the man intervened in group and individual chats in which users exchanged multitude of child pornography files as a means of avoiding their expulsion and being prevented from obtaining new pedophile material.
In this way, he shared various videos of child pornography and in the chats he shared various links that contained a multitude of child pornography files. Within this material it was found that she had shared two especially degrading and humiliating videos for minors.
In total, on the phone were found 950 images and 8 video files of pornographic content of minors.
The Prosecutor’s Office considers that the facts constitute a crime of corruption of minors and also requests special disqualification for profession or trade, employment or public office for twelve years and ten years of probation. The trial is held next Wednesday, May 18, at 10:00 am, in the second section of the Provincial Court.
