SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, March 25. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The plenary session of the Cabildo de Tenerife, with the votes against PSOE, Sí Podemos and Cs, has rejected this Friday a motion from the Nationalist Group –with an amendment from the Popular Group– in which it proposed an economic relief plan worth 68 million euros that included a reduction in taxes and the price of transport, among other measures.
Both the vice president of the Cabildo, Enrique Arriaga (Cs), and the Minister of Finance, Berta Pérez (PSOE), have agreed that the corporation should not rush and take measures that are “coordinated” with those of the European Union, the State and the Government of the Canary Islands to guarantee its effectiveness.
