Titsa modifies the schedule of some lines for the Carnival school holidays



Transportes Interurbanos de Tenerife (Titsa), a company of the Cabildo de Tenerife, will modify next week the timetable of some of its lines due to the Carnival Tuesday holiday and the school holidays.

The island director of Mobility, José Alberto León, explains that, in this way, the company adapts its services to the expected lower demand, since there are fewer student trips and some municipalities have decided to keep Tuesday as a holiday, even if they do not leave to celebrate carnival events.

In this way, from Monday, February 28 to Friday, March 4, lines 412 (Granadilla de Abona-Los Abrigos), 419 (Granadilla de Abona-Vilaflor), 421 (Valle San Lorenzo-IES Las Galletas) will not provide services. ), 463 (Chimiche-IES Granadilla), 486 (Granadilla-El Fraile) and 610 (La Laguna University Circuit).

However, route 392 (Icod de los Vinos-Puerto de Erjos) will only stop providing services on Monday, February 28, operating normally for the rest of the week.

Tuesday 1 of March

Lines 900 of the Santa Cruz de Tenerife urban service, as well as routes 138, 139, 228, 231, 232 and 238, will operate with holiday hours.

In La Laguna, the lines that will provide services with holiday hours will be 206, 217, 219, 224, 271, 273, 274 and 275. For their part, routes 201, 203, 204, 253 will not be operational that day , 260 and 270.

Likewise, that day, lines 372, 373 and 376, which operate in the municipality of La Orotava, will carry out their journeys with holiday hours.

In the southern part of the island, specifically in Granadilla de Abona, line 475 will not provide services, while lines 408, 409, 410, 411 and 412 will operate during holiday hours.

Finally, line 468 (Guaza -El Fraile – Costa del Silencio – Guargacho – Palm Mar-Guaza) will not be operational.

Weekend

During Saturday and Sunday, Titsa will perform its services the same as every weekend.
