The light temperature drop occurred throughout this week has left this Friday one of the pictures most desired by the people of Tenerife: the first frost in the Teide National Park. And it is that the phenomenon, typical of the time, is usually the predecessor of the expected snowfall in the Canary Islands.

According to Meteo Tenerife (a profile specializing in meteorology in the Islands), through a video posted by a user on the Twitter social network, the environment dawned early today with “frosts on Mount Teide” produced “during the night”.

The Meteorology Statal Agency It collects on its web portal the latest temperatures recorded in the Izaña stations, where 0.5 degrees at 5:00 am or 0.3 degrees at 7:00 am stand out.
