The Social Court number 9 of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is already in operation

The Ministry of Public Administrations, Justice and Security of the Government of the Canary Islands has put into operation this Tuesday the Social Court number 9 of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, located in the El Cabo Building in the capital of Tenerife. This is the third newly created court in the Canary Islands, after the request made in 2020 by the General Directorate of Relations with the Administration of Justice of the Canary Executive to the Ministry of Justice for the implementation of three new courts in view of the increase in litigation by the pandemic, the Ministry has informed in a statement.

At the end of 2020, the Social Court number 11 of Las Palmas was opened, while on June 30, 2021, the Commercial Court number 3 of Las Palmas was inaugurated.

The new Social Court 9 of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has two new positions in the Procedural Management Body, six in the Procedural Procedure Body and two in the Judicial Aid Corps.

Therefore, the court is created with a full staff in coherence with the commitment acquired by the General Directorate of Relations with the Administration of Justice with the union organizations, relying on the favorable report of the General Council of the Judiciary on October 21.

This court is located in the El Cabo Building in the capital of Tenerife where until now was the Commercial Court number 1, which is moved to Avenida 3 de Mayo.

I have received a phone call from your court (David Millar) informing me that we have been awarded 32000 Euros in a case for mis selling a Timeshare product. We are told the court has just approved this but we have to 951 Euros before paynent can be made. Are you able to confirm if this is ligitimate and genuine and the payment has to be made as a @brexit’ Stamo?

    Regards

    I am 99% certain it’s a scam.
There are many of these scams floating around and as soon as money is asked for in advance, it’s most likely a scam.
