The National Police have arrested two young men aged 21 and 26 as alleged perpetrators of an attempted crime of homicide in San Cristóbal de La Laguna. One of those arrested stabbed an acquaintance in the side for discussions regarding the occupation of houses
The events took place on August 18 in the lagoon neighborhood of Taco. Specifically, on Santos Street, where the brawl took place. The attacked man suffered serious injuries and was rushed to the hospital, where he was treated for the serious injuries caused and operated on several occasions in the operating room.
The National Police investigation focused on identifying the people who participated in the brawl. They were allegedly related to the assault suffered by the victim and fled after materializing it.
Days later, these people, two twenty-somethings who had been unaccounted for since then, were located and detained by National Police agents in an occupied house in the capital of Tenerife.
The detainees were placed at the disposal of the competent judicial authority, which determined the entry into prison of one of them.
The actions have been carried out by police officers from the Judicial Police Brigade of the La Laguna National Police Station.
