SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, March 21. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The president of the Popular Party of the Canary Islands, Manuel Domínguez, exercised his right to vote this Monday. He was one of the first to exercise his right to vote in the party’s primaries and defined the day as an “important day” for the organization and for all of Spain because “Núñez Feijóo is the real alternative to Sánchez’s misrule”.
“It is the best option for our country and for the Canary Islands,” he said after voting at the PP headquarters in the Tenerife municipality of Los Realejos.
In this sense, the leader of the popular Canarians recalled that Núñez Feijóo “has experience and a track record, he comes to give strength and muscle to the party and to present the alternative government that the country deserves.”
Domínguez also encouraged all the members of the Party
People of the Canary Islands to participate during the day in the electoral process of the formation.
“The objective is none other than to strengthen our project, to establish the immediate roadmap that facilitates the long-awaited political change demanded by Spanish society as a whole,” he said, while highlighting the “illusion” that has aroused among the militancy of the Canary Islands the candidacy of Núñez Feijóo.
“It was demonstrated a few days ago at the event held in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where more than 400 members expressed their resounding support for our candidate for the Presidency of the party and for the project he has for the Canary Islands and for the rest of Spain”,
concluded Manuel Dominguez.
The PP of the Canary Islands will participate in the extraordinary National Congress with 147 delegates out of a total of 3,099 from all over Spain, to which we must add 439 born.
