SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Sep 5 (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 10-year-old boy was injured after 6:00 p.m. this Saturday when he fell from a balcony into the pool area of a hotel complex in the municipality of Arona (Tenerife), as reported by the Coordinating Center for Emergencies and Security (Cecoes) 112.
A call warned of the fall of the minor, indicating that the child needed medical assistance, so a medicalized ambulance and another basic life support ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) came to the scene.
Thus, the health personnel assisted and stabilized the child, who suffered a moderate head injury, for which he had to be transferred to Hospiten Sur.
Finally, agents of the Arona Local Police took charge of instructing the corresponding proceedings.
