SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Sep 30 (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Executive of the Canary Islands has approved this Thursday, in the Governing Council, the Decree that establishes the rules of organization and operation of the European University of the Canary Islands.
Since the Statute of Autonomy of the Canary Islands attributes to the Autonomous Community the approval of the standards of private universities after carrying out the mandatory legality checks through the Regional Vice-Ministry of Legal Services, as reported by the Canary Islands Government in a note of press.
Specifically, the document includes the principles, headquarters, budget management formula, academic and organizational structure, as well as aspects related to students, teaching and non-teaching staff, honors and awards regulations, as well as disciplinary regime, among other aspects.
