Arrested when robbing a house in Tenerife and being caught with the owner’s clothes

Agents of the National Police arrested a 35-year-old man, with multiple police records for similar events, for being the alleged perpetrator of a robbery committed in a house located in the Tíncer neighborhood of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

The police action began after the agents of the National Police were alerted, through Room 091. After adopting the appropriate security measures, the national policemen entered the house and found a man.

This person, pretending to be surprised, when asked by the agents, claimed that he had entered to change his clothes, wearing, indeed, the clothes of the resident of the house.

On the other hand, the National Police Corps also arrested a 41-year-old man, with a police record, who allegedly stole money and jewelry for more than 16,000 euros from his mother-in-law, residing in La Laguna, taking advantage of the fact that he had gone on a trip and he was not at home.

The proceedings carried out allowed the agents to link the partner of the complainant’s daughter with the theft committed.
