SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE/MADRID 22 December (EUROPA PRESS) –

The number 11,840 has been granted the third prize of the Extraordinary Christmas Lottery Draw, amounting to 500,000 euros for each series.

This number was announced at 09:49 a.m. on the third wire of the second table and has been widely disseminated throughout the Canary Islands, specifically in Tenerife, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, and La Palma, with more than a dozen selling points.

Payments for the Extraordinary Christmas Draw 2024 will commence on the afternoon of December 22, once the verification of the drawn numbers and the usual computer processes are completed, continuing until 24 March 2025.

For prizes below 2,000 euros per ticket or receipt, collection can only be made at one of the 10,884 sales outlets within the Lottery commercial network, starting from December 22 afternoon. In such instances, winners can receive their prize in cash or via Bizum.

Prizes equal to or exceeding 2,000 euros must be collected from authorised financial establishments: BBVA and Caixabank. As December 22 falls on a Sunday, it is anticipated that banks will begin processing jackpot prize payments on December 23, except for any Sunday or holiday openings.
