SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 21 December (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 37-year-old walker has sustained moderate injuries following a fall in the Masca ravine, Buenavista del Norte (Tenerife), as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Centre of 112 in the Canary Islands.
The incident took place at 11:20 a.m. this Saturday in the ravine, where a helicopter from the Emergency and Rescue Group (GES) of the Government of the Canary Islands was deployed to reach the injured individual, administering initial care before proceeding with their evacuation to Tenerife South airport.
Upon arrival on land, personnel from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) confirmed that the man had sustained moderate injuries, leading to his transport by ambulance to Hospital del Sur.
