SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE 13 December (EUROPA PRESS) –

A cayuco carrying 65 migrants of sub-Saharan descent, including a woman and a child, arrived at the port of Los Cristianos this Friday, as reported by Maritime Rescue sources to Europa Press.

The boat was spotted by a leisure vessel in the Pal-mar region while en route to Los Cristianos, prompting the Salvamar Alpheratz to depart and provide assistance, escorting it until it safely docked.

Following medical attention given on the dock by SUC and Red Cross personnel, one of the individuals was transferred to a healthcare facility.
