SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 26th October (EUROPA PRESS) –

A 44-year-old man sustained injuries in a road collision that took place yesterday evening on Morra Vistas street, within the municipality of Fasnia (Tenerife), as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordinating Centre (Cecoes) 1-1-2.

The incident occurred shortly after 10 PM, when the operational centre of 1-1-2 received an alert regarding a vehicle that had veered off the road, prompting the immediate deployment of necessary emergency services by Cecoes.

The injured male, who initially displayed moderate chest injuries without complications, was transported by a sanitised ambulance from the SUC to the Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria University Hospital. The following services were activated by CECOES 1-1-2:

Firefighters secured the wrecked vehicle and extricated its occupant. Personnel from SUC evaluated and provided assistance to the injured individual, who was later conveyed by ambulance to La Candelaria Hospital due to moderate chest injuries, although no complications were present.
