### Two Young Italians Injured in Quad Accident in Tenerife
SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 31 Jul. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A quad accident in Monte de Cho Pancho, Vilaflor (Tenerife), left two 21-year-old Italian men moderately injured after falling from a 15-metre drop. The Canary Islands 112 Emergency and Security Coordination Centre provided the details of the incident.
The unfortunate event took place on a Tuesday afternoon in Monte de Cho Pancho towards El Frontón. The Tenerife Consortium firefighters were called in to rescue the two young men who were injured in the accident.
The Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) team provided medical assistance to the injured individuals. One of them had moderate multiple contusions while the other suffered moderate lower limb trauma. Both were subsequently transported by ambulance to the Hospiten Sur University Hospital.
Local police officers also responded to the scene and commenced the necessary procedures.
