Extension of Credit Approved for Rehabilitation of Casona Delgado Oramas in San Juan de la Rambla (Tenerife)
The Canarian Executive has granted a credit extension of 571,261.27 euros for the restoration of the Casona Delgado Oramas in San Juan de la Rambla (Tenerife). The project, with a completion deadline of 31 December 2024 and a funding of 1.6 million euros, required a budget increase due to its protected status. This necessitated the drafting of a modified project, resulting in a total budget of 2,185,606.54 euros. The Regional Ministry of Tourism and Employment acknowledged the importance of this infrastructure for the municipality’s tourism image and approved the adjustments to the project execution and subsidy justification. The renovation works aim to save the historic building from deterioration and enhance its functionality, contributing to the economic growth and tourism in the Rambla district.
