The leadership team of the Technological and Renewable Energy Institute (ITER) has decided to outsource the administration in order to put its 24 bioclimatic residences to good use. By leasing the properties to companies that specialise in the hospitality and tourism sector, the 119 available accommodation spots will become profitable. The minimum participation fee for the ongoing competition is set at 200,000 euros. Prospective stakeholders are also required to provide a 15% guarantee of the overall turnover.
