The Colombian singer Maluma will be performing in Santa Cruz de Tenerife on the 19th of July, as part of the Cook Music Fest. The artist’s participation in the festival was announced on Tuesday during a press conference by the festival promoter, José María de la Cova; who was joined by the Mayor of Santa Cruz, José Manuel Bermúdez; the Vice President of the Tenerife Council, Lope Alfonso; the President of the Port Authority, Pedro Suárez; and the Deputy Minister of the Presidency of the Government of Canarias, Alfonso Cabello.
The Festival, which will take place in a venue of more than 20,000 square metres at the port dock and will also feature a large Ferris wheel on the esplanade, completes a lineup that includes, among other prominent international voices, Aitana, Elvis Crespo, Olga Tañón, Jerry Rivera, and Gilberto Santa Rosa. It will be held on the 19th and 20th of July with a strong emphasis on gastronomy and entertainment aimed at a family audience.
Tickets are already on sale for both dates with a capacity of 20,000 people. At least two more artists are yet to be confirmed.
