Throughout the Archipelago, the first prize has illuminated the luck of the inhabitants up to 56 times32 of them in the province of The Palms and 24 in Santa Cruz of Tenerife.

At the national level, Madrid is crowned as the region most graced by ‘Gordo’, with 83 occasionswhile the autonomous city of Melilla remains the only region where this coveted prize has never fallen, endowed with 400,000 euros per tenth.

Madrid, the most awarded

The Spanish capital once again leads the podium of the most favored places, with a history of 83 ‘Gordos’ throughout more than two centuries of history of the draw. The last time Madrid received this award was in 2022remaining the epicenter of fortune, since the last seven years (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022) the first prize has been present in the city. Her first time as lucky was in 1816.
